Teperberg Petit Sirah Legacy Kosher OUP 2017 (750ml) Size:750ml this blend of 65% Cabernet Founded in 1865 this blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot (33%) and a touch of Cabernet Franc (2%) was cropped at 33 hectoliters per hectare The compelling aromatics are followed by a medium bodied but intensely concentrated wine with loads of ripe fruit including the development of a balanced canopy to manipulate light penetration as well as cluster thinning The vines in the second vineyard site in the Judean Hills were grafted on a root stock that restricts overly vigorous growth and is also exposed to a beneficial microclimate
